I’ve found that for me personally the following exercises have worked well for me and my ab crack is coming back. Core by far isn’t my favourite part of #GymLife however for process to be made in the other areas of my body I need a strong foundation. Pinterest helps to keep things fresh and I mix up what I do each time. 


Currently I’m working at 50 reps each of these exercises, once I reach that comfortably and with ease I’ll add 15 more. Each have varying levels of difficulty. I’d always advise before starting any new exercise to check out videos from YouTube on how to properly perform each of them so you don’t hurt yourself. 

Core_Exercises

Start with the above reps and slowly increase it until you reach 50 reps.
