Leg day

Although it has me walking like Bambi for a day or so after, “Leg Day” is by far my favourite session. With a mixture of glutes, Quads and Hamstring exercises (not forgetting calves) I love the results that come from this day. 

Initially like most ladies I was in it just to grow a juicy peach 🍑, however it’s without a proper leg routine you’ll end up looking all disproportionate and nobody wants that. 

There are several ways you can work out your lower half muscles: 

  • Resistance Bands 

  • Gym classes - Legs, Bums and Tums - targeting all these areas 

  • Free weights area. 

  • Body weight exercises 

I’ve found a mixture of the above have helped not only the boredom of the same routine all the time but also gives me ideas of next solo session what to do. Although squats seem the logical step to grow that peach, I’ve found lunges, deadlifts (Normal, Romanian, and Sumo) and Leg press have all assisted with my progress so far.
